To keep pricing easy, we have only two charges, a startup fee, and a monthly usage fee allowing you to send an unlimited amount emails each month!
Is there a startup fee?
There is a one time startup fee of $250. With this you get two custom made email templates. The startup fee also covers your first month's usage fee so we don't have to bother with messy proration.
How much does this cost?
It depends on how many active contacts you have in your account. See the table to the right. So, for example, if you have 900 contacts = $100 for that month. 12,233 contacts = $250 for that month. 25,000 contacts = $312.50 for that month. Your credit card will be charged on the first of every month. The amount that we'll charge depends how many active contacts you have at that time.
Why do we bill this way?
So you can send as many emails as you want! For example, if you have 1,200 contacts you pay $125 per month. So, you can send 1,200 or 50,000 emails that month and you still only pay $125. You never have to worry about getting nickel and dimed and thus your email marketing budget is much more predictable.

I need more templates, how much are they?
Our template creation fee is $50 per hour, $25 minimum. On average a new template takes 2 hours to create but, it all depends on the complexity of your design. Don't forget, if you're experienced with raw HTML you can build your own template. Just remember to test your template with various email clients. We recommend testing on at least, Outlook 2003, Hotmail, Gmail, and Yahoo.
