CustomerBeach is a service of Sycron Technologies. Since 1985, Sycron Tech has been providing technology based solutions for companies of all sizes, from small to fortune 500.

Where did the idea come from?

Basically we decided it was time for businesses to get proactive about the internet! Unlike websites, email marketing does exactly that, you communicate with your customers (who have given you permission to do so), on your terms!

Now, the idea of using email as a marketing tool is certainly not a new one, and we're just one of many that provide such services. However, we realized that there wasn't an application out there specifically designed for you, the small/medium business.

So, in 2005 we began offering an online service that was easy to use, intuitive, and packed with features that are relevant to the small/medium business....and to date, the response has been terrific!
